The resolution of the World Health Assembly (WHA) asserts that setehnik optimal child development is one of the rights of children. Quality basic human capital formation in the womb begins in infancy followed by breast-ibu1. So that the necessary efforts had been quite correct or management, so that every mother can breastfeed their own babies. In the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 7 are still many women who do not understand how the correct breastfeeding technique The aim for this research is to identify the correlation between knowledge and attitudes about the technique of breastfeeding mothers with breastfeeding behavior in infants 012 months. The study was observational analytic (all variables measured / observed in a given moment, one moment does not mean that all subjects were observed exactly at the same time but it means that the subject is only observed one subject variable daqn measurement was made during the inspection) , with cross sectional study design Stud2. In this study assessed the relationship between observed variables, ie variables correlation between knowledge and attitude of nursing mothers with correct technique with variable breastfeeding behavior research instrument using a questionnaire and checklist sheet. Data were analyzed using Chi - square with p> 0.05 and processed by computerized using SPSS. This study known to be obtained most of the respondents have a good level of knowledge of 33 mothers (55.0%) dansisanya 27 mothers (45.0%) had a poor knowledge, it appears that the number of mothers who have an attitude about how good breastfeeding is 51 mothers (85.0%) and mother with a bad attitude about how breastfeeding is 9 mothers (15.0%). Of the 33 mothers with good knowledge, which has a good behavior is also about how breastfeeding is 28 mothers (84.8%) and bad behavior 5 mothers (15.2%) . While the 27 mothers with poor knowledge that 22 people (81.5%) had a poor behavior in lactating mothers and only 5 (18.5%) who have good manners on how breastfeeding .From 51 mothers with a good attitude found 32 people (62.7 %) had good behavior as well as 19 people (37.3%) had a poor behavior. While the mother of 9 who have a bad attitude found only one person who has good manners and the remaining 8 (88.9%) had a poor behavior on how menyusuibayi 0-12 months The results of the statistical analysis by chi square was found that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the behavior of the mother about how breastfeeding in infants aged 0- 6 months with a P value = 0.000
